COVID-19: Important information for our customers

Due to the Alarm State caused by COVID-19 we remain closed at the moment.

We are very much aware that events related to the COVID-19 coronavirus and the intense amount of information it is generating requires us to make an extra effort with regard to transparency, openness and proximity with respect to everyone who has placed their trust in us.

Right now, and until November 14, 2020 rates that we currently have on sale can be cancelled at no cost up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date. Services may be restricted as per health and safety matters.

For bookings made before today, our cancellation policy is as follows.

Cancellation Policy

  1. For individual bookings made before March 31, 2020 for arrivals until August 31, 2020, we offer 100% flexibility to postpone your reservation: you may chose a later date until November 14, 2021 for which you agree to pay a possible difference in rate without any management fee or cancel with no cost. Arrivals from September 1, 2020 will be subject to the terms and conditions accepted by the client when making the respective booking (subject to the provisions of point 2 below).

  2. If we are forced to close the hotel for the dates booked, we offer 100% flexibility to postpone your reservation: you may chose a later date until November 14, 2021 for which you agree to pay a possible difference in rate without any management fee or cancel with no cost.

  3. Guests who book through online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on the policies they are applying.

  4. We are aware that the COVID-19 pandemic and the response from the government and health authorities are constantly changing and developing. Please note that the criteria in this document are therefore subject to change over time.
