COVID-19: Important information for our customers

We are very much aware that events related to the COVID-19 coronavirus and the intense amount of information it is generating requires us to make an extra effort with regard to transparency, openness and proximity with respect to everyone who has placed their trust in us.

Right now, and until March 31st, 2022, rates that we currently have on sale can be cancelled at no cost up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date. Services may be restricted as per health and safety matters.

  1. If we are forced to close the hotel for the dates booked, we offer 100% flexibility to postpone or cancel your reservation: you may chose a later date until October 31, 2022 for which you agree to pay a possible difference in rate without any management fee or cancel with no cost.

  2. Guests who book through online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on the policies they are applying.

  3. We are aware that the COVID-19 pandemic and the response from the government and health authorities are constantly changing and developing. Please note that the criteria in this document are therefore subject to change over time.

Therefore, the operation of our apartments has been adapted to guarantee the safety of our clients and comply with the established regulations. Additional cleaning and hygiene measures have been implemented, operational processes and spaces adjusted, and consequently some services may be affected, please check our services and facilities site for updates.
