We take very seriously the protection of data. The customers’ personal information is only used to process the booking, billing and records for the Guardia Civil. Booking deposit. The tourism legislation determines that tourist accommodation establishments may require a deposit payment when making a reservation. In our case, requires a deposit of 40%. Cancellations. Generally, the cancellation of the reservation will entitle the hosting company to retain the following amount: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
